'HalcyonField' originated from a humble aspiration: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint, family-oriented venture, keeping alive recipes passed down from ancestors.

Marco Rossi, our progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, gaining knowledge from esteemed chefs in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she sought to replicate the enchantment of bona fide Italian pizza, employing ancestral techniques and unparalleled ingredients.

Our journey began in a cozy pizzeria seating a dozen patrons, and has since blossomed into a cherished local establishment. Our dedication to excellence and genuine craftsmanship remains steadfast. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select the most exceptional ingredients available.

Now, 'HalcyonField' is still under the stewardship of the Rossi family, with a new generation at the helm of our zealous team. While we have adopted modern advancements, the essence of our operation stays unchanged: producing delicious, genuine pizza that unites our patrons.
